2N Telekomunikace, the world leader in IP intercoms and access systems, established cooperation with Quanti s.r.o in 2011.
This cooperation, which began with the development of the ERM system, gradually grew into a strategic partnership in the field of software development.
2011 Start of cooperation: ERM
The first joint project was the ERM system — a web-based application for real-time call routing configuration and management. Built using the Nette PHP framework, it enhanced system availability and stability without service interruptions.
2012 - 2013 Outsourcing of firmware development
Up to five Quanti developers joined 2N’s internal teams to assist with firmware development directly on-site.
2013 - 2014 Product Development: ICU -> 2N Indoor Touch
We contributed to the ICU (“I See You”) project, which resulted in the 2N Indoor Touch device – a 7" Android-based indoor panel enabling video communication and integration with third-party smart home systems.
2013 - 2014 CCS and Records Manager
We developed additional tools such as CCS and Records Manager, focused on managing and archiving call center recordings within 2N’s Netstar PBX infrastructure.
2015 - present Mobile Apps: Hipmo, Mobile video, Mobile Key and My2N
We helped create several mobile applications, starting with Hipmo, later transformed into Mobile Video and Mobile Key. These were eventually unified into My2N, enabling remote access control and user management. With the integration of Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), users can unlock doors securely without taking their phone out of their pocket. Our deep expertise in BLE led to Quanti developers co-authoring one of the related patents.
2015 - present My2N Cloud Solution Development
The my2n.com portal offers a professional solution for managing intercoms, answering units, mobile devices, and VoIP telephony. Key features include license management, VPN-based remote configuration, and cloud calling services. Quanti built the solution end-to-end until 2017, after which 2N gradually transitioned competencies in-house – while continuing close collaboration thanks to our expertise.
Through long-term cooperation, Quanti has become a trusted technology partner for 2N.
Our deep system knowledge, broad tech stack, and agile development capabilities have helped 2N complement its in-house expertise and drive innovation. Key know-how was gradually transferred to internal teams, further strengthening 2N’s position.
