Information for whistleblowers

Quanti s.r.o. has introduced an internal notification system according to the Whistleblower Protection Act (171/2023 Coll.). If you suspect an infringement at Quanti, you can report it through the internal notification system.

Who can make the announcement

We accept notifications from individuals who have become aware of the alleged infringement in connection with work for Quanti, specifically in connection with the performance of employment (including DPP and DPO), volunteering or traineeships with Quanti.

What suspicions can be reported

The scope of notifiable infringements is determined by the Whistleblower Protection Act. These are all offences and offences with an upper limit of a fine of at least 100.000 CZK. It is also possible to report suspected violations of certain Czech or European regulations, for example in the field of personal data protection, product safety, consumer protection, etc.

How can suspicions be reported

You can make a notification in one of the following ways:

1) Via the button on this page below. We prefer this method of notification because it reaches the responsible person immediately with the supporting documents.

2) On the telephone number +420 777 165 134, which is the direct telephone number of the primary vetted person.

3) In person with the relevant person after having previously arranged a meeting.

Who will handle the announcement?

Quanti has appointed a person in charge to deal with the notification:

Suspicions reported through the form go to the primary person in charge. If the suspicion relates to the primary authorized person, it is possible to choose, when filling in the form, that the notification be sent to other authorized persons instead.

External notification system

Notifications can also be made by an external notification system operated by the Ministry of Justice (https://oznamovatel.justice.cz). For an effective solution, we recommend primarily using the internal notification system using the button on this page as mentioned above.
