Quanti s.r.o., Company ID: 24749001, with its registered office in Prague — Dejvice, Thákurova 531/4, 16000 (“we”), as a data controller, informs you as a job applicant about the collection of personal data and the privacy policy in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).
Range
Whether you register for the selection process via the form on our website (https://www.quanti.cz/career) or via email (onboard@quanti.cz), you will be asked for personal data which we will process further, namely:
• First and last name
• Email address and phone number
• Information about previous education, professional qualifications and work experience
• Additional information that you will provide in your CV or other document such as a cover letter attached at the same time as your application for the selection procedure. In the event that you provide any additional personal data in any of these documents, you do so at your own discretion to provide us with such data and for the purposes of the selection process we will also process the data provided.
Purpose and legitimate interest
We process personal data because of our legitimate interest, which consists in our interest in recruiting new colleagues and filling vacancies and in your interest in getting a job. The purpose of processing is therefore to find a suitable candidate for a specific position, or for the purpose of offering a suitable position based on your general request for a job with us, sent through the contact form or email. This personal data will only be processed for this purpose and, if you are interested in a particular position, it will only be processed for the purpose of filling that particular position.
Retention period of personal data
We will process your personal data for the period strictly necessary for the duration of the selection process, but for a maximum period of 3 years from the end of the selection process, if you are not successful in the selection process.
If you have sent a general request, we will process your personal data for the period strictly necessary to find a relevant position, but for a maximum of 3 years.
If you are successful in the selection process, we will further process this personal data for the purposes of the employment relationship.
Handover
We may transfer personal data in justified cases:
• to state and local government bodies or courts, if we are obliged to do so by law (especially in the case of inspections) or decisions,
• law firms, if necessary for the performance of legal obligations or the exercise, enforcement or protection of legal rights,
• auditors who carry out financial or other audits.
We may also entrust our suppliers, such as IT, accounting or marketing service providers, to process personal data. These suppliers are our processors and process personal data only to the extent of our instructions.
Rights
Under the law, you have the right to ask us to provide you with information or perform certain operations with your personal data. You can always exercise your rights by sending a request to gdpr@quanti.cz. Your rights are:
• Right of access
• Right to rectification
• Right to object
• Right to erasure
• Right to restriction of processing
• Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
• The right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling
The application can only be submitted by you or by your representative. If we are not sure of the identity of the applicant, we may ask you for additional information to verify your identity. Some rights can only be exercised for certain processing purposes and there are other exceptions.
