At the beginning there were three students from CTU, without capital and with experience only from school. We offer work in our offices in Prague 6 (300 m from CTU), Brno, Hradec or Pilsen. We also work remotely. We do not resell IT brains, but we maintain permanent partnerships of R&D teams of large companies.

We work for clients from the Czech Republic and abroad. We also develop our own products and services and have even built our own robot.

At Quanti we develop custom software. In the 13 years of our existence, we have established ourselves among the technological leaders and strive to work on interesting projects on an international scale. Often in the fields of e-commerce, IoT, VR, but we are not afraid of hardware either. As a Senior Linux Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of virtual servers, incident handling over servers and applications, monitoring, remote management, installation, configuration of virtual servers, recovery and product upgrades.

Our requirements:

- Advanced administration of Linux Debian OS, or its derivative distributions

- Writing scripts in bash

- working with GIT

At least basic knowledge of:

- Network infrastructure

- Writing scripts in Python

- Knowledge of SQL databases (Postgres, MariaDB and MySQL)

- General knowledge of virtualization (we use VMware ESXi hypervisors)

- Apache2, Nginx, HAProxy, etc.

Bonus points:

- Experience with Azure and/or AWS

- Knowledge of Docker technology or interest in learning it

- General knowledge of monitoring tools (We use Zabbix)

- Knowledge of NoSQL databases

- Knowledge of working with Jira

- Ansible (AWX)

- Knowledge of PKI
