- Experience in end-user IT support
- Experience supporting and managing user accounts and access within MS365
- Communicative, responsible and caring (this is very important to us)
- Ability to empathise with users' problems
- Ability to communicate with IT specialists and developers
- Ability to prepare documentation (manuals) for users
- Minimum intermediate user knowledge of Windows and/or Linux OS
- Fluent communication with customers in Czech
- Time flexibility (i.e. willingness to participate in on-call time)
- Communication with the customer in English
- Basic (but really only the minimum) awareness of the workings of computer networks
- Experience with Jira, Jira Service Management and Confluence
- Active interest in IT technologies
- Basic knowledge of Apple products
