C# Developer

At Quanti we develop custom software. In our 13 years of existence, we have established ourselves among the technological leaders and strive to work on interesting projects on an international scale. Often in the fields of e-commerce, IoT, VR, but we are not afraid of hardware either. We are looking for male and female developers to join our C# teams in our offices in Prague, Brno, Hradec Králové and Pilsen.

What technologies do we work with?

- As a database we use MS SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL/MariaDB

- For database work we use Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, Adminer and other tools according to developers' preferences

- For code management we use Git. Management is implemented using GitLab or Azure DevOps

- For development we use Visual Studio 2022, but also other tools according to the needs of the project

- Docker development is a common component

- Testing is done using BDD and unit tests during development, before the application goes to acceptance testing

- API is documented using Swagger (NSwag, Swashbuckle)

- Deployment is done using TeamCity, Azure DevOps, GitLab and other tools

- The project lifecycle is managed using JIRA

- The communication tool for more flexible work is Slack

What do we expect from you? (senior)

- Knowledge of .NET and C# (.NET Core, ASP.NET Core, C# 9/10) at a high level

- Responsibility

- Analytical thinking, ability to analyze and work with solution design and implementation

- Experience with relational databases (MySQL, MS SQL, PostgreSQL)

- Experience with ORM (Entity Framework / EF Core)

- Basic experience with NoSQL databases (Mongo)

- Experience with virtualization and using containers (Docker)

- Experience with web API development (Postman, REST, Swagger)

What do we expect from you? (junior)

- Basic knowledge of .NET and C# (use on student or other projects)

- Responsibility

- Willingness to learn new technologies

- Basic English skills to read documentation and write code

- Basic experience with relational databases (MySQL, MS SQL, PostgreSQL)

- Basic experience with NoSQL databases (Mongo)
